Remember...a little Craig Dressing will go a long way! After mixing it with your broccoli or spinach, let it sit for a minute before you add extra.     

Add extra ingredients or leave something out if it's not to your liking.

Look for Craig Dressing at your local market in the produce section or with other dressings in the grocery department. Please ask for it if you can't find it.  Also, please email or text us info on where you live so we might be able to have it placed in your area market.

Craig (Lake House) Dressing 

is a product of

Red, White, and Blue Pasta Salad

Combine 1 box bow tie pasta with 1/4-1/2 c Craig Dressing. Add 2-3 c blueberries, 2-3 c raspberries, and 1 c white chips.  Gently fold into pasta or arrange in concentric circles atop the pasta.  

Spinach Salad

 

 

 

 

COMBINE:

1bag of baby spinach

1/4 cup of Craig Spinach (add more or less, as desired)

 

ADD

1 small can of Mandarin Oranges

a handful of slivered almonds

 

OR

1 cup of sliced strawberries

a handful of chopped pecans

 

 

Cole Slaw

Carrot Salad

MIX:

1 bag of cole slaw

1/2 cup  Craig Dressing

 

 

 

Start with the above combination and

add any or all of these:

      a diced apple or two

      dried cranberries

      a sliced pear

      shredded coconut

COMBINE:

4-6 cups shredded carrots

1-2 cups raisins or dried cranberries

1/4 - 1/3 cup Craig Dressing

 

OPTIONAL:

1 can pineapple tidbits

Winter Romaine Salad

Summer Waldorf

TOSS :

1 bag Romaine lettuce (1 head)

1/3 cup Craig Dressing

 

ADD:

diced chicken

pecans

diced apples

dried cranberries

diced pears (fresh, if available)

 

COMBINE:

2-3 diced apples

1-2 cups halved red seedless grapes

1-2 cups halved green seedless grapes

1 cup chopped pecans

1-2 cups pitted cherries

1/4 -1/2 cup Craig Dressing

 

Place each serving on a bed of lettuce. 

 

 

Broccoli Salad

COMBINE:

4-6 cup broccoli

1/2 cup Craig Dressing

ADD:

1/2-3/4 cup cubed mozzarella

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup diced onion

3/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 bacon bits

Seafood Pasta Salad

 Turkey Wrap  

COMBINE:

2 cups halved grapes

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1 diced apple

OPTIONAL:

1/8 cup diced sweet onion

1/2 cup diced sweet pickle

 Mix above ingredients with

       1/2 -3/4 cup Craig Dressing

 

Place a layer of sliced turkey, chicken,

or ham on a wheat tortilla.

Scoop fruit mixture onto meat.

Roll to make  wrap sandwich.  

 

 

Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Combine:

1 box sm/med shells, cooked and drained

1 cup Craig Dressing

Fold in:

1 bag shredded cabbage

1-2 T red onion

1 t dill weed

dash of salt and pepper

1-2 cups frozen peas

2-4 cups cooked shrimp/imitation crab

Combine 1-2 cucumbers with 2-3 tablespoons Craig Dressing.  Gently add 1-2 tomatoes (sliced, diced, quartered).  

Option: Add Red or Walla Walla Sweet Onion

Mini Pasta Salad

Combine:

1 box small shells

1/2-3/4 cup Craig Dressing

Fold in:

1 cup cubed Mozzarella cheese

8 ounces frozen peas or 1 diced cucumber

2  5 ounce packages mini pepperoni
